Master Programs

MASTER OF CHRISTIAN EDUCATION PROGRAM

Admission Requirement

Applicants who wish to apply to the program must be:

  1. A committed, born-again Christian

  2. A mature and healthy Christian in both mind and spirit

  3. Missionary minded

  4. At least 20 years of age

  5. A member of an evangelical Protestant church

  6. A college/university graduate or holding the Bachelor of Theology or its equivalent

Graduation Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be awarded the M.C.E. degree:

  1. Complete 48 credit hours of courses, including more than 16 credit hours of Christian Education related courses.

  2. Complete the prescribed curriculum with a C+ average or above

  3. Demonstrate spiritual fitness for Christian ministry through: contribution in Bible studies; active participation in local churches; and personal conduct and deportment within the student body and Christian society.

  4. Have met all financial obligations before the time of graduation

 
 

MASTER OF MINISTRY PROGRAM

Admission Requirement

Applicants who wish to apply to the program must be:

  1. A committed, born-again Christian

  2. A mature and healthy Christian in both mind and spirit

  3. Missionary minded

  4. A member of an evangelical Protestant church

  5. A college/university graduate or holding the Bachelor of Theology or its equivalent

Graduation Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be awarded the M.M. degree:

  1. Complete 48 credit hours of courses, including more than 16 hours of Ministry related courses.

  2. Complete the prescribed curriculum with a C+ average or above

  3. Demonstrate spiritual fitness for Chris

  4. tian ministry through: contribution in Bible studies; active participation in local churches; and personal conduct and deportment within the student body and Christian society.

  5. Have met all financial obligations before the time of graduation

 
 

MASTER OF DIVINITY PROGRAM

Purpose

The Master of Divinity Program prepares the student for pastoral ministry, missions, chaplaincy, and other church-related vocations.  The M. Div. program may be completed in three years.

 

Admission Requirement

Applicants who wish to apply to the program must be:

  1. A committed, born-again Christian

  2. A mature and healthy Christian in both mind and spirit

  3. Missionary minded

  4. A member of an evangelical Protestant church

  5. A college/university graduate or holding the Bachelor of Theology or its equivalent

*Those who have already graduated from the Master of Christian Education program or the Master of Ministry program need to meet the remaining semester hours of study. 

 

Graduation Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be awarded the M. Div. degree:

  1. Complete 92 credit hours of courses

  2. Write a thesis in the student’s specialized field (6 credit hours)

  3. Complete the prescribed curriculum with a C+ average or above

  4. Demonstrate spiritual fitness for Christian ministry through: contribution in Bible studies; active participation in local churches; and personal conduct and deportment within the student body and Christian society.

  5. Have met all financial obligations before the time of graduation

 
 

MASTER OF THEOLOGY IN MISSIOLOGY PROGRAM

Admission Requirement

Applicants who wish to apply to the program must be:

  1. A committed, born-again Christian

  2. A mature and healthy Christian in both mind and spirit

  3. Missionary minded

  4. A member of an evangelical Protestant church

  5. Holding the Master of Divinity or its equivalent

 

Graduation Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements to be awarded the Th. M. degree:

  1. Complete 30 credit hours of courses

  2. Write a thesis in the student’s specialized field (6 credit hours)

  3. Complete the prescribed curriculum with a C+ average or above

  4. Demonstrate spiritual fitness for Christian ministry through: contribution in Bible studies; active participation in local churches; and personal conduct and deportment within the student body and Christian society.

  5. Have met all financial obligations before the time of graduation
